At 830 Apparel, we stand by the quality of our gear. Because our items are produced in limited runs, all sales are considered final.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the incorrect item, we’ve got your back. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
To start a claim for a defective item, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the defect. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Note: Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper washing/handling, does not qualify as a defect.
